Cacao, also known as the food for the gods, is said to increase blood flow to the brain as well as induce the release of feel-good endorphins. With cacao we are able to connect to ourselves and the loving energy in our body.

We will use cacao as a guide to lead us as we move from our heads into our hearts. We will open with a heart healing meditation and through this exploration we will move the stagnant energies in our bodies and use plant limpias to clear out the energies that no longer serve us. Come with an intention to root yourself into this journey.

Please bring a yoga mat/blanket/cushion for sitting or lay on and anything thing else that brings you comfort. As well as a journal, a pen and a water bottle.
