In this class we will explore the science behind steam distillation of essential oils. Using this method we will separate the aromatic molecules from plant material and harvest the essential oil and hydrosol. We will discuss the flawless intricacies of molecules made by plants and the advantages over their synthesized counterparts. Everyone will leave with a small bottle of our harvested hydrosol!
