We’ve all heard of chakras as energy centers in our bodies, but have you ever wondered how energy works to promote healing and well-being?  In this 1.5 hour introductory workshop, you will learn the basic concepts of the physics of energy and how various energy healing modalities promote balance and healing in our energetic and physical bodies.  Some of the modalities we will cover include Reiki, EFT, crystals, and sound healing (baths and singing).  This workshop is a hybrid live/Zoom offering.  All registrants will receive a handout and recording of the workshop.  There will be additional time for questions immediately following the workshop.
