Join this 1.5 hour class with Dana Hutchinson RH (AHG), lead medical herbalist and owner of the Wildflower Clinic in Golden, CO. This class will be broken up into 5 sections of discussion. We will discuss our physical heart, our emotional heart, our spiritual heart, our “shen” spirit from the TCM perspective, and detail 6 clinical herbal formulations that support the miraculous heart. Dana will describe her favorite herbs that pertain to each section (physical, emotional, and spiritual) focusing on herbal energetics that have an affinity for the heart, the spirit, and the ability to reconnect us to our mother earth.
