Botanical Alchemy: Folk Herbalism & Plant Magic

  • Apothecary Tinctura 2900 East 6th Avenue Denver, CO, 80206 United States (map)

This year-long series of monthly Sunday morning classes, held from 10am to 12pm, will guide you through the medicinal, culinary, and spiritual wisdom of some of nature’s most accessible plants. Whether you’re experienced with plants or just beginning your journey, these hands-on sessions will help you deepen your connection to nature and its healing potential.

Each class will feature a different plant, exploring its unique qualities and crafting 2-3 herbal products, from teas to culinary delights. All material costs are covered in the class fee, allowing you to dive in without worrying about supplies.

  • Dates release quarterly

    • April 13th: Nettle

    • May 18th: Motherwort

    • June 8th: Lavender

    • July 20th: Mint

Whether you attend a single class or the full series, each session offers a hands-on, interactive approach to folk herbalism. Connect with the plants, craft your own remedies, and leave with tangible products to enhance your well-being and deepen your herbal knowledge. This series is designed to help you slow down, tune in, and connect with one plant at a time.
