Class structure:

7-7:30 - Introduction to Fungi and the Home Cultivator

7:30-8:15 - Interactive LIVE mushroom inoculations (with purchase of All-in-One grow bag)

8:15-9:00 Deep Dive into grain and substrate prep with Q & A

Attendees may choose to stay after the inoculations for a more in depth classroom style lecture. Documents to take home provided at the beginning of class for help and additional resources to get started growing mushrooms.
