Let us  gather together to honor and reclaim the beauty and ritual of connecting to our blood, the roots of our blessing with Gaia, the nourishing vessel ship of our wombs and our ancestors. This class will give space to focus on what is flowing and what needs release. We will learn to be in cycle, just like the moon, and will incorporate herbs, practices and rituals to hold these moments as sacred gifts. This class is open to all womyn or womyn identifying individuals.
