This hands-on workshop will give you all of the skills and info you need to start brewing your own herbal infused honey meads.  The magical fermentation process of converting sugar into alcohol can be utilized to create delicious and refreshing herbal wines, aphrodisiac elixirs, or medicinal preparations of your favorite herbs.  We will brew in class and have samples to take home!
